Saddle up and rope in some fun with Brightleaf Stables Pony Parties! A party with horses is a unique way to celebrate that special day, and one your child (and their friends) will be sure to remember!
Brightleaf Party Package
Party rental includes 2 hour rental of party building, tables, and chairs. The party building has a refrigerator and gas stove. Party facilitators are welcome to come the morning of to decorate table clothes, streamers, etc. It is the facilitator’s responsibility to clean up after the party. Includes 2 horses and 60 minutes of guided rides.

- Arts & Crafts Package – $5.00/child
- Additional Ride Time/add on a horse– $100.00/30 minutes (per horse)
Schedule Time Slots Available
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Deposit
A non-refundable half down deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount will be due day of the event.
Rain/Inclement Weather
If rain or inclement weather is expected during the day of your reserved event, we will be happy to reschedule your event at no additional charge.
Reschedule/Last Minute Cancellations
If needed, you are able to reschedule your event up to a week before without incurring additional charges. If you decide to reschedule your event within a week of its scheduled date (for reasons other than rain/inclement weather) we reserve the right to charge a $50.00 convenience fee.
